Easy to carry and bigger than I originally thought! Love the envelope shape and how the turn lock is easy to use and deters others from trying to unzip. Sharky, in the signature rainbow for pride, is bright, different, and holds the center all on his own! As a pride gay man, I proudly carry Sharky and receive many compliments.

Hi Coach! I am on your email list and first saw your Pride line back in June. Kudos! Love it! My daughter absolutely loves sharks, and so when I saw the Pride Sharky Tote bag, I knew I'd found a terrific social statement combined with her favorite animal. Additionally, I was looking for a great bag for her 21st birthday and something fun but functional to get away from the classic college backpack which would be more appropriate for her first job. I saw the bag in June, and the smaller zip bag (this turnlock pouch) had already sold out. Her birthday isn't until December, so I thought I would check back monthly to see if any other Sharky items became available. To my horror, the tote bag sold out in July! In early August, the smaller zip bag came back into stock, so I quickly ordered it in case this was all I could acquire. One day last week, I was screwing around trying to get the Sharky tote bag onto my wish list online and trying to see if I could get an email notification when it came back into stock. All of a sudden a little chat box popped up, and asked if I needed any assistance. It suddenly occurred to me that maybe a store had the tote, and I should ask if I could have it sent to my local store or to our home. I was helped immediately by Katia in Santa Monica, CA, who offered to check inventory for me. Success! Although the store was closing as they were located on the East Coast, the tote was found (only one of 5 left in the entire company!) and placed on hold for me to call and place the order the next day. I asked if Katia would get credit for the sale, and she very sweetly demurred to Coach the Organization and said that as long as they delivered a "seamless Omni channel experience" that she was happy with the outcome. How selfless! She further went on to say, "We win as long as you are happy. Your loyalty and satisfaction are more important." What an incredible employee and what outstanding customer service! Thank you Katia in Santa Monica for helping me so much, Thank you Mohegan Sun store for fulfilling the order and calling me back to make sure I knew the transaction was complete and to make sure I had my email receipt. The bag just arrived today with her initials stamped! I can't wait to give both bags to her in December. Thank you for being socially conscious, thank you for your enduring classic yet fun bags, and thank you for having extraordinary customer service to make sure this longtime customer continues to be thrilled with all things Coach.

I'm a huge shark week fan and love going to the beach so this is perfect for me! It fits all I need and a little more. It doesn't have a wrist strap so I got one for it now it's a roomy wristlet :-)
